How does the card allowance work?
Every plan comes with a base pack of cards. If you use them all, you can add batches of 20 cards at any time — each batch is a small extra monthly charge, and batches get cheaper as your plan gets bigger.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans take 10% off the base price and are billed once a year. Top-up batches are always billed monthly at the standard rate.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes — upgrade any time and your new card allowance applies straight away. If your top-up batches are starting to cost more than the next plan, we'll suggest the upgrade in your admin portal.
Which plans include our branding?
Business and Enterprise carry your logo, colours and web address across the portal and every card. Solo and Team run on Passley branding and the Passley domain.
What is the setup fee?
Business and Enterprise include a one-off £299 setup covering your branded portal, custom subdomain and card templates. It's charged once with your first payment.
What happens when someone leaves?
Deactivate them in the admin and their profile, wallet pass and QR code stop working instantly. The card goes back into your allowance.
What happens if we cancel?
Your cards keep working until the end of the paid period, then profiles and wallet passes deactivate. You can resubscribe any time to bring them back.
